Might be the stiff shaft (although I have a Big Bertha Hawkeye 7 wood with a Stiff shaft - also bought from Golfbidder - which works fine). Willieeckerslike I have had this driver for a couple of years now and can honestly say its the straightest hitting club in the bag. No more fade?(huge slices!!) It just goes straight and long, which is what we all want!Previously I had a C4, not good and the sound is off-putting.I play off 22 and am 67 years old and with this club I can keep up with and outdrive most of my playing partners. Another Callaway mention, my worse driver purchace was the Hawkeye VFT driver. It was released right after the Biggest Big Bertha and I had been playing the Great Big Bertha, it was time to upgrade and I thought the newest Cally should replace my several years old GBB. Horrible move, I never hit that.
